PandaShop Chat Assistant
This service powers the customer-service chat channels of PandaShop.md, an online store in the Republic of Moldova operated by Eliteh Trade S.R.L.: Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and the chat widget on www.pandashop.md. An automated assistant answers questions about products, delivery, payment and returns and can place or manage orders; human operators take over whenever a customer asks for a person.
The platform is used only by PandaShop staff for PandaShop's own Facebook Page and Instagram account. There is nothing to sign up for here: to reach us, write to our Page on Facebook, to @pandashop.md on Instagram, or use the chat on our website.
